Description
Faye is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Tel Aviv team and take our brand to new heights. As a modern, digital and person-first travel insurance & assistance platform that’s going the distance to care for American travelers, we want to make sure we’re meeting them where they’re at online.

Responsibilities
- Elevate our social media presence across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn with strategic content that aligns with Faye’s vision and mission of continuing to disrupt a legacy-dominated space
- Grow followers, likes, engagements, shares and comments across all channels MoM to boost brand awareness while continually managing brand reputation
- Create a steady drumbeat of diverse content and a content editorial calendar - from posts that jump on the latest trends, to interactive content based on the channel’s capabilities, to videos, to the content we create (blog and other) and the news mentions we earn
- Launch Faye on new social media channels such as YouTube and Threads
- Write and appear in video scripts as one of the faces of Faye; create/edit short-form videos, specifically for TikTok and Instagram
- Support Growth Marketing content needs - from topic ideation to video creation, suggesting organic content that can be boosted to aid acquisition efforts
- Stay up-to-date on the latest algorithm changes and feature releases across platforms, sharing insights with the team
- Partake in social listening while constantly identifying social trends to jump on (and those not to)
- Aid HR and Recruitment in employer branding efforts, spotlighting our major company milestones and new hires
- Play a key role in paid influencer campaigns and social media travel partnership content
- Work with our pals at TikTok and Facebook when relevant
- Share social chatter about Faye, reviews and feedback with teams including Product and Customer Experience
- Work with our design team & freelancers to bring content to life visually
- Analyze, review, and report on social media activity, tying organic social efforts to the bottom line when possible
- Engage with travelers in key forums: Quora, Reddit, Facebook groups, etc
- Focus on both engaging with travelers, as well as travel advisors/agents and potential partners
- Put Faye top of mind for consumers by shocking and delighting them with our different approach to social media content and the world of travel insurance
Requirements
- 6+ years managing social media for B2C brands
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism or related field
- Native English speaker/writer with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth understanding of the following platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. YouTube is a plus
- Proven track record of increasing followers, likes, shares, engagements, comments and more
- Ability to measure social media’s impact on the brand
- Knowledge of content marketing best practices - from CTAs to logo placement to script writing
- Knowledge of tools including Canva and Figma
- A strong attention to detail & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A self starter who works well with tight deadlines
- Creativity and an eagerness to innovate & think outside the box
- Experience or knowledge of the hospitality or travel industries - a plus
