What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Social Manager to lead Faye’s paid social efforts and drive customer acquisition through highly targeted and optimized campaigns. The ideal candidate is an expert in social advertising platforms and has a proven track record of scaling paid social channels for B2C brands.
As a member of Faye’s Growth team, you’ll be responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of all paid social initiatives, working closely with our creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment with broader growth objectives.

Responsibilities
- You’ll focus on scaling paid social acquisition channels and driving performance to meet Faye’s ambitious growth goals.
- Develop and execute Faye’s paid social media strategy, covering platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Manage and optimize campaigns on a daily basis to ensure they meet or exceed KPIs, including CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Collaborate closely with our creative team to ideate and test high-impact ad creatives and formats that resonate with target audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and placements to optimize for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze performance data, build actionable insights, and create detailed reports to inform stakeholders and shape future strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest social media advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to maintain Faye’s competitive edge.
- Provide strategic input for budget allocation and forecast performance for various paid social channels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing paid social media channels, ideally within a high-growth, B2C, or e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals on paid social platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
- Demonstrated experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization for CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a knack for cross-functional collaboration.
- Self-starter, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns, projects and priorities simultaneously.
- High proficiency in Excel and extensive experience with data analysis tools (GA4, BI platforms).
- Familiarity with the travel and/or insurance industry is a plus but not required.
