We're on the hunt for a results-driven and data-savvy Junior PPC Manager to join our dynamic marketing team! If you have 2+ years of experience managing high-performing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, this is your chance to make an impact. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving traffic, generating valuable leads, and achieving business goals through strategic, data-backed paid media initiatives. Your expertise will shine as you optimize campaigns, dive into analytics, and uncover opportunities to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive PPC strategies across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Design and implement A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures
- Effectively manage campaign budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
- Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Stay updated on the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create cohesive advertising strategies
- Explore and test new advertising platforms and strategies to expand reach and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on PPC experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- In-depth knowledge of PPC best practices, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize campaigns effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
