Faye is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team!
This crucial role will oversee the US finance operations, focusing on accounting, reconciliation, compliance, and more.

Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions and operations, including revenue reconciliation, bank & credit cards, AP & AR, accruals, prepaid, fixed assets, etc.
- Ensure compliance with monthly and yearly regulatory reporting, including preparing and reporting the 1099 forms.
- Support the month-end closing process, including posting cut-off journal entries.
- Lead and manage vendor payment cycles, including invoice approvals, payment processing, and recording journal entries.
- Review and record employee travel and expense reimbursements.
- Work closely with external auditors during yearly audits and periodic reviews.
Requirements
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in Hi-Tech companies or similar industries.
- Certified Bookkeeper (Type 2/3) – Mandatory
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP – Mandatory
- Advanced Excel skills (ability to manage complex spreadsheets).
- Experience with reconciliation tools - an advantage
- Strong knowledge of US financial regulations, including 1099 reporting.
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written) – Mandatory
- Experience working with global or high-tech companies is a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
