What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced Affiliation Manager to join our Tel Aviv office. In this role, you’ll lead and scale our affiliates and partnerships channel, managing our existing affiliate platforms while identifying new growth opportunities.As a key member of Faye’s Growth team, you’ll own the entire affiliates vertical—from onboarding and managing affiliates to optimizing performance, testing new platforms, and driving continuous expansion. Your work will be crucial in expanding Faye’s reach, increasing affiliate-driven revenue, and making affiliates a major driver of our business.
Responsibilities
- Own & Scale the Affiliate Channel – Develop and execute a strategy to expand Faye’s affiliate network by growing both the number of partners and their performance through data-driven initiatives.
- Own & Manage Affiliate Platforms – Oversee the technical setup, optimization, and daily management of affiliate platforms, ensuring smooth operations, tracking accuracy, and effective integration. Maintain relationships with platform providers, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate on feature enhancements.
- Recruit & Onboard New Affiliates – Identify and onboard high-potential partners across various categories within the platforms you manage.
- Optimize Affiliate Performance – Continuously monitor KPIs, analyze revenue impact, and optimize partnerships to maximize growth.
- Expand Affiliate Partnerships – Research, evaluate, and test new affiliate platforms, networks, and performance marketing opportunities to drive expansion.
- Manage Relationships & Nurture Partners – Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, ensuring they have the resources, incentives, and support needed to succeed.
- Develop Promotional Strategies – Work closely with marketing and creative teams to provide compelling offers, high-converting assets, and engaging creatives for affiliates.
- Track & Report on Performance – Analyze key metrics, generate insights, and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure Compliance & Best Practices – Uphold brand integrity, prevent fraud, and ensure all partnerships adhere to Faye’s policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within a high-growth, B2C, or e-commerce environment.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact Radius, PartnerStack, CJ, Rakuten, Awin, ShareASale).
- Proven track record of growing an affiliate program and optimizing performance through data-driven decision-making.
- Strong relationship management skills, with experience in recruiting, onboarding and nurturing affiliate partners.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive strategy.
- Self-starter, proactive, and highly organized—comfortable managing multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
- Experience negotiating contracts and commission structures with partners.
- High-level proficiency in English - a must
- Familiarity with the travel or insurance industry is a plus
